Located within the Regent Hotel and well known in Berlin, Charlotte & Fritz, (previously known as Fischers Fritz) is now the hotels leading restaurants for a superb culinary dining experience. Berlin Chef de cuisine Jörg Lawerenz and his team create harmonic combinations of local, fresh cuisine - mainly using regional produce - with culinary influences from other countries and cultures. The restaurant prides itself as well with its selection of fine meats.
The revamped menu here is decadent and elegant and even though the prices are high, they still manage to have a lunch special and a set menu option for weekday dinners.
The atmosphere is classy with an old-school feel about it, wood panelling, chandeliers, artwork displayed and a seating arrangement that feels like you are dining in private in a 19th-century salon.
Even though its listed as 'Casual Dining', be prepared to pay anything from €40 and €50 for a main course and around €70 for a nice bottle of wine, you'll find the bill for two people can get in the few hundreds quite easily.
