Garcia cafe in Moabit is a little gem. Just off the main drag of Turmstrasse, you can pop in here for a great coffee or tea, plus an array of breakfast goodies, drinks, cakes and sandwiches. The proprietors are uber friendly locals and the vibe is welcoming and warm.
Garcia is not huge, but it has free wifi and a lovely big share table to use if you don't manage to grab an armchair or window seat. In summer you can soak up the morning sun outside, in winter, pop inside to thaw out a bit. Open till 7pm, you'll often see people in there til close.
