In Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, the Irish Harp is well-frequented by locals, be it for a beer, a pub quiz, a live sports broadcast, or spirited live music. It's not overly populated by tourists, it's not too loud, and there's a smoking room, so everyone's tastes are considered here.
