The Harp Irish pub
Berlin
In Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, the Irish Harp is well-frequented by locals, be it for a beer, a pub quiz, a live sports broadcast, or spirited live music. It's not overly populated by tourists, it's not too loud, and there's a smoking room, so everyone's tastes are considered here. Watch life go by in the Ku-Damm district from the terrace in the warmer months.
Scottish and Irish whiskeys are waiting to be sampled, and beers include Guinness, of course, as well as plenty of other German and Irish ciders and ales. The quiz nights are always a hit, popular with the English speaking community, and the food comes highly recommended: try the blue cheese burger (and plenty of other fabulous burger creations), fish and chips with a cold beer, or an Irish Harp breakfast. Leave room for the apple crumble.
