We made reservations in advance but we did not get the best seats. We made the best of it but it is much better to sit by the stage, not in back.
A super cute and cozy gem tucked away! I originally tried to order a watermelon daiquiri but they didnt have it and the waitress kindly recommended the strawberry daiquiri which was absolutely delicious, they let me take my time and were very kind offering an English menu. The waitress also asked what language I speak upon arrival which I really liked. Thank you wilde Matilde for a wonderful midday experience! Also p.s. to bring cash for a tip because they dont let you tip on card!
Wilde Matilde in Berlin Mitte is such a fun and unique experience! The colorful, creative drinks are not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The service was outstanding—everyone was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We also loved the iconic DDR-inspired dishes, which added a nostalgic and authentic touch to the experience. Combined with the vibrant atmosphere and quirky décor, it makes for a memorable visit. If you're looking for great cocktails, friendly service, and a taste of classic East German cuisine in a one-of-a-kind setting, Wilde Matilde is definitely worth a visit!
The place is super cool! Pink, unicorns and IG friendly! The girls were super nice! As a tourist I would say careful. They charged us almost 20 euros for an espresso martini. We also asked for 2 still waters for the table, one was 2.80 euros and the other 17.something euros! So definitely be aware if you are a tourist, they will try to get your money. Doble check the bill, have time in your hands because service is slow and go here if pics is what you want :)
We didn’t actually go here for drinks or food, but I found it on instagram and had to go in! The staff were lovely and let me take photos. Had we not just eaten, we definitely would have had something here! The atmosphere is amazing and the decor is so cool. I’d love to see a show here and next time I’m in Berlin I will definitely be going back! We did use the Photo Booth outside though!
