We just randomly came here and didn’t expect this restaurant to give us such an amazing experience. The food was delicious, and the service was a solid 10/10. They even took a Polaroid photo of us and let us keep it, which was such a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience at Suigyo Izakaya in Berlin. We ordered a selection of small tapas, and every single dish was delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, with just the perfect level of spice—not too overwhelming, but enough to make each bite interesting. I especially enjoyed the pork belly, which was incredibly tender and full of flavor, and the grilled aubergine, which was cooked to perfection. Both dishes really stood out. The staff were great—very polite, attentive, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back.

The staff were welcoming and the food looked promising at the first glance but sadly the taste was disappointing. I ordered the 親子丼. The chicken were good but the rice was soooooooooooo sweet that I left most of them untouched. Hope they could make an improvement in balancing the seasonings.

Its was my second time here and still never failed me. All that i ordered were very tasty. Miso soup was not in the picture but it tasted good as well. Looking forward for my third visit.

I found this place in the middle of the day while exploring Berlin. I was craving Japanese food, and Suigyo Izakaya turned out to be a very nice surprise. The staff are humble and welcoming, which immediately makes you feel comfortable. I ordered the chicken katsu set, and it was really yummy. Simple, satisfying, and done well. The place itself is not very big, but it is cozy and comfortable. You can feel a little Japanese restaurant vibe, right in the middle of Berlin. A lovely spot if you are looking for comforting Japanese food with a relaxed atmosphere.
