Came here for the tasting menu plus wine pairing and definitely didn’t disappoint. Started with 4 tiny appetizers, which were fantastic. Really couldn’t decide which was my fav bite there, but I gotta say their bread was fantastic, I’m not a big fan of olives but they definitely made me a convert there for a second. My favourite course was definitely the fish though, I also got the caviar on top of that which was surprisingly a good amount for the price. I have to say I wasn’t a big fan of the desserts though but could be that it just wasn’t to my taste.
This is a stellar restaurant. We had such a great evening here. The set menu was very well selected and I had various tast explosions in my mouth. Apparently their speciality is that they usually bring sauce in a saucer and fill up your plate and it's just soo good. The service was exceptional with the explanations on where the food is coming from and why it is prepared the way it is. Of course it's pricy but its worth it. there is only a few seats inside. I think in summer they have some more seats outside.
I enjoyed the dinner at Bricole. The atmosphere is very cozy. The service very mindful and efficient. The food was very fine and tasty. I especially enjoyed both mains: fish with « sauce blanche » and the meat. And also the caramel butter with the bread. There was an interesting and subtile mix of sweet and salty flavors where you would not expect them. We left with a macaron and I totally enjoyed it the next day. The wine pairing was absolutely excellent.
