Placement Test
You will take an oral placement test on your first day to determine your class level. You may also take this test via video conferencing.
Information and placement tests MO-THU 9am to 9pm, FR 9am to 6.30pm via appointment.
Course Levels
Our program is based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
We offer the following levels:
A1.1 / A1.2 (Beginner)
A2.1 / A2.2 (Elementary)
B1, B1+*,B2 (Intermediate)
C1 (Advanced)
Exam preparation
*B1+ is a course to refresh your B1 skills if you have not used German for a while and do not feel secure enough to immediately start with B2.
Certificate
A certificate of completion will be issued at the end of the course (80% participation rate).
Course Types
The intensive fast-track German course is the beginning of your journey to master the German language. You will be able to use the most common words and everyday phrases, as well as getting a technical understanding of the language.
The Intensive General Group Courses will go from one level to the next. All the aspects of the language will be covered, such as speaking, listening, reading, writing and grammar.

Our evening courses are a smooth and helpful transition into the German culture and are perfect for working expats. The course takes place twice a week on Monday and Wednesday evening .
All the aspects of the language will be covered, such as speaking, listening, reading, writing and grammar.

If you are working in Berlin, or just visiting for a few days, and you want to make the most of your available time, we offer German lessons on weekends. Our German lessons on weekends are aimed at those who are very busy during the working week, and to tourists that are visiting our city for a limited time. We offer lessons with flexible schedules for all levels, both in groups and one-on-one. Get in touch with us!

In the Conversation Courses you will focus on improving your speaking skills, such as vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency in speaking and gaining more confidence in speaking the language. Various topics will be covered such as German music, pronunciation, conversation, history of art, history of Berlin, food, etc.
Conversational courses start at B1+.

We all know that the dreaded grammar is the fundamental building block to the German language. Our Grammar+ lessons on different levels give students the best opportunity to improve their grammar skills.
Only available for Levels A2, B1 and B2.

The Private lessons are 1-on-1 lessons and are fully adapted to your needs, time and level. You can choose your own pace, intensity and focus. So it’s possible to prepare for an exam, job interview or focus on particular aspects like writing, speaking or professional language.

If you are not able to take physical courses, especially in these restrictive times, and want to socialize and interact with students of other nationalities from the comfort of your home, we offer online possibilities as well. You can take online group courses or you can take private lessons via Zoom. This way you can choose your own pace and intensity.
We offer German, English and Chinese for groups or individual employees. The professional courses are tailor-made to the needs of your company and can be given at your office or our location.
We provide the materials and the entire organisation of the course ourselves and all we need is a flipchart, a room and your time.
