Stop off at the People Bar for snacks, hot and cold food, cocktails and a happy hour, before a night out on the town with your newfound fellow international friends from Pengea.
Alexanderplatz is a great place to be as everything is on your doorstep, shops, restaurants, bars, parks and sightseeing a few steps away, and a short train ride to the other popular sites around town.
Not too cheap for a hostel, but still affordable, you can get a bed in a dorm here for around €15, and it's a pretty classy dorm.
