2004年にオープンし、美術館や博物館のコレクションの中で比較的新しい美術館です。多くの美しい絵画、彫刻、グラフィックス、他の美術作品、写真、建築、そしてアーカイブが一般公開されています。

ベルリン美術館には図書館サービスもあります。ここには20世紀の現代美術、写真、建築に関する約70,00冊の書籍があります。美術館のショップではもちろん美術館のカタログや他の出版物が販売されており、プラスの面では休憩が必要な時に休憩できるカフェもあります。

毎週月曜日の午後2時に無料のキュレーターツアーがあり、土曜日と日曜日の午後3時に無料のガイド付きツアーがあり、団体ツアーは要予約で最大20人まで有料です。これらのツアーはすべてドイツ語ですが、英語、フランス語、イタリア語のツアーに興味がある場合は美術館にお問い合わせください。

ヒント：通常、美術館の入場券は1日券で10ユーロですが、毎月第1月曜日はわずか6ユーロです！
