At the YOGA BEACH FESTIVAL Berlin, you will experience the perfect holiday, right outside your door in nature. Early in the morning, the first yoga sessions start with the best teachers from the most beautiful Berlin studios. So you can start your day perfectly, get to know many types of yoga, try out and perfect what you have learned. Due to the wide range and the high quality as well as the experience of our Teacher you come as beginner, advanced and experienced Yogi completely at your expense.
For the runners among you our RunClub brings the perfect complement and serves for the Auspowern. Several times a day, Ultrarunner & Coach Micha will take you on a tour around the Jungfernheide pond and through the Volkspark, giving tips with supporting training and exercises. That's why: do not forget running shoes!
If you need a break in between, lie on the lake for sunbathing, go for a swim, let yourself be inspired by our specials * such as meditation and stand-up paddeling or strengthen yourself with a homemade banana bread.
