The yellow-brick, late 19th century building has five floors offering a variety of activities for its guests. Their forty seven rooms (which have between one and five beds) are bright, spacious and well furnished - making them perfect for families with children or larger groups.
The Prenzlauer Berg district in which it is based has seen many changes recently. Around Kollwitzplatz there are now restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars. From the Kulturbrauerei's cinemas, clubs and cabaret, right through to the Prater with its eateries and bars, the area has now been entirely overhauled. Close to the hotel you can find both the Berlin Wall and the Mauerpark.
Several languages are spoken by the hotel staff.
