On top, Quasimodo features a great café with a patio that's perfect for an evening drink on a hot summer's day, open from 5pm. But it's down below in the cellar where the action gets started. This jazz club is old-school, smoke-free, and overflowing with atmosphere. Doors open at 9pm and the live concerts get started around 10pm.
Plenty of jazz, soul, funk, blues, seventies disco, and even the odd indie pop group gets exposure in the basement. The sound is decent, the drinks flow, and the crowd is pleasant and spirited. Located in the bustling Zoo district, Quasimodo Berlin is just a short walk away from Zoologischer Garten, Uhlandstr. Kurfürstendamm, and Savigny Platz.
