In a relaxed, festive atmosphere, you'll immerse yourself in modern vegetarian winter cuisine alongside a group of like-minded people. Step by step, our professional chefs will show you how to prepare a sophisticated holiday menu, from appetizer to dessert. You will learn how to use winter ingredients such as celery, chestnuts, and parsnips creatively, how to combine flavors harmoniously, and how to use specific techniques to add depth and structure to your dishes. While you're cooking, you'll receive valuable tips on seasoning, texture, and plating that you can also use at home. At the end, you will plate your dishes together and enjoy the meal you have prepared yourselves in good company, accompanied by selected beverages.
