- Classic Tour first departure: 9:30am from Stop 1, last departure 4pm. Duration: 120 minutes. Frequency: every 25-30 minutes.
- Trendy East Berlin & Wall Tour first departure: 10am from Stop 1, last departure 5pm. Duration: 60 minutes. Frequency: every 40 minutes.
- Icebar opening hours: Monday to Friday 3pm-10pm, Saturday and Sunday 2pm-10pm. Last admission is one hour before closing.
- Icebar entry requires arrival during the booked time slot, late admission is not guaranteed. Tickets to Icebar are non-refundable.
- The tour does not operate on Sunday 27th September due to the Berlin Marathon.
