Description
Please register at the ticket office at least 30 minutes before your booked time to ensure a smooth start. The total visit lasts approximately 120 minutes. Participants aged 12 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult, while those 16 and older can participate unaccompanied. For best experience, groups of 8 players are recommended, with a maximum of 10 players allowed.
After signing up at the counter, you receive a briefing from a staff member before entering the escape room where the game and rules are explained. Expect about 45 minutes of gameplay, extendable up to 90 minutes if needed. All game equipment is provided. Briefings are designed to avoid delays or frustration.
The rooms and instructions are available in German and English. The puzzles are designed to be straightforward and enjoyable without causing frustration. The difficulty level rates 8 out of 10 but includes an auto-help system and uses unique MyStarcard Technology to assist players. This experience is especially suitable for beginners and new players.
Important Rules of Conduct
- No confetti or glitter dust is allowed to prevent damage and extensive cleaning
- No open flames, including candles on birthday cakes, to avoid activating fire suppression systems
- No alcohol consumption or bringing alcohol into the facility
Violations result in a €50 handling fee plus any cleaning or repair costs. By entering, you agree to these rules. Noncompliance after warnings may lead to cancellation of your event.
