To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we ask you to register at our cash desk at least 30 minutes before your booked time. The only provider with an auto-help system. Approx. 120 minutes total stay. From 12 years of age accompanied by an adult. From 16 years of age unaccompanied. Recommended number of participants for optimal game fun: 8 players Maximum number of participants: 10 players Procedure: Registration at the counter Briefing (explanation by a member of staff) Admission to the escape room with explanation of the game Depending on the group dynamics, average playing time is 45 minutes, extendable to 90 minutes if necessary The game equipment is included No exhausting mass briefing Our rooms and game explanations are available in German and English. Our rooms are designed to be simple and straightforward for players, so there is no frustration when solving the puzzles. DIFFICULTY LEVEL: 8 out of 10 Equipped with an auto-help system and our unique MyStarcard Technology This room is designed to be particularly beginner-friendly and is also very suitable for new players. IMPORTANT RULES OF CONDUCT ❌ No confetti & no glitter! Please do not light or scatter anything containing confetti or glitter in the facility. This causes damage and requires extensive cleaning. No open flames! Not even on birthday cakes! There is a high risk of activating the fire extinguishing system – in an emergency, your group will be liable for all damages. No alcohol! Bringing alcohol is strictly prohibited – no exceptions. In case of violations, we will charge a flat fee of $50 plus cleaning or repair costs. By entering the facility, you agree to these house rules. ‍♂️ If our staff points out rule violations and these are not observed, we will unfortunately have to cancel your event.
