Description
Whether you are a Berliner or a tourist: Berlin looks completely different from the water than from the land. Even the famous sights that everyone knows of the city suddenly seem as if you have never seen them before.
See for yourself on our two-and-a-half-hour trip through Berlin on the passenger ship 'John Franklin'. Right through the center of Berlin, our route takes us past the government district and the Bundestag, the TV Tower, the Berlin Cathedral, the famous Central bus station and Museum Island.
You can view all this while listening to music in comfortable lounge furniture on the upper deck and relax with a drink and a treat from our onboard kitchen. In inclement weather, move to our heated interior and view the scenery through the ship's large picture windows.
Every Saturday the 'John Franklin' is underway on the river Spree. The trip starts and ends at our home port, Alt-Moabit 91. Children up to 12 years free of age are welcome without a ticket. You are also welcome to take your four-legged darling with you, this is even possible free of charge.
