David Bowie moved to Berlin in 1976 and immersed himself in the city’s Cold War tension and culture. This tour retraces his steps through the decadent 1970s Berlin that inspired his albums Low, Heroes, and Lodger.
Starting at Bahnhof Zoo, you will visit key locations such as the flat Bowie shared with Iggy Pop, famous clubs, the Hansa recording studios where many iconic tracks were recorded, and other significant sites including KaDeWe, Potsdamer Platz, the Berlin Wall, Topographie of Terror, Bowie’s former home, and Neues Ufer Café.
