Description

A must for every visitor to Berlin - by boat on the Havel from Tegel via Spandau to Potsdam. On this round trip, we pass Lake Tegel, the water town of Spandau, the Spandau lock and the old town of Spandau. After a stopover on the banks of the Lindenufer, we continue past Grunewald, Villa Lemm, the Grunewald Tower, the Spandau district of Gatow and the island of Lindwerder until we reach the former fishing village of Kladow. The route continues with a view of the Großer Wannsee lake, past the Pfaueninsel island and across the legendary Glienicker Brücke bridge to Potsdam. On the way back, we pass the Jungfernsee with a view of the New Garden. Passing the Sacrower Heilandskirche church, we then reach Pfauninsel. We continue past Kälberwerder via Kladow back to Spandau/Lindenufer and Tegel.
