Easily the best kebab in Berlin (if not in my life)! Even though they only serve chicken, every detail is spot on: fresh vegetables, delicious sauce and super flavorful meat. The queue was long, but it was 100% worth the wait. They even gave us free tea! Packed with people, great energy. A must-visit every time I'm in Berlin.
Really tasty kebab, great experience, everything fresh and yummy. Can get really busy so be ready to queue a bit. When we came there was no queue but before we got our kebabs there was already around 15 people queueing. Recommend to take classic Gemüse Kebab in bun 🤌🏼🥙 and ayran.
Rüyam absolutely lived up to the hype and served the best döner kebab I had in Berlin. In fact, it was so good that I ended up visiting both of their locations during my trip! The Gemüse Kebab with everything was phenomenal—fresh, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. The combination of perfectly seasoned meat, fresh vegetables, and their delicious bread made every bite memorable. I also tried the falafel roll, which was equally impressive. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and it’s easily one of the best-value meals in the city. There’s usually a short wait, but the ordering system is well organized with a display board showing when your order is being prepared and ready for pickup. The restaurant offers plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, including shared tables that add to the casual, lively atmosphere. It’s also open until midnight, making it a perfect late-night stop, though keep in mind they can sell out of certain items closer to closing time. If you’re in Berlin, Rüyam is an absolute must-visit. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, and I’d return in a heartbeat.
Usually not easy 5 star but this place deserves the best Doner place in Berlin. Hands down, superb taste, good quick served, free tea in the restaurant and staff are friendly. Many locals and tourist head to this place and I genuinely wanted to experience it, worth it. Even if you are vegetarian, head to it they have many options for you as well.
Rüyam Gemüse Kebab purportedly has one of the best Döner kebabs in Berlin, and after multiple tries, I largely agree. The Gemüse Kebab here was made from spiced chicken sliced from a rotating spit, mixed with fried potatoes and carrots. Then came a variety of fresh vegetables including lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and onions, and the kebab was finished off with crumbled feta cheese and a choice of sauces (herb, garlic, cocktail, sesame, spicy chili). The seeded bread was toasted and had a nice crusty exterior, and the fillings exploded out of the bread, making for a photogenic dish too! We also ordered the Rüyam Teller, which came with a larger portion of chicken döner, salad, and sauce, as well as a scoop of flavored rice, crispy falafel, and crispy halloumi. Everything we had was delicious and came in generous portions at a good price in an energetic environment—definitely worth the wait!
