For me the only French restraint worth visiting in Berlin, I love it, the wine list is superb and the food wonderfully engaging, a real gem of a place. Staff know they are delivering excellence and have a real charm. Never disappointed when I some here.
Had an outstanding dinner at Brasserie Lamazère in Berlin. The atmosphere strikes that rare balance between elegant and relaxed—refined without feeling stiff. The cuisine is classic French brasserie at a very high level: precise, deeply flavorful, and clearly crafted with respect for ingredients. What truly set the evening apart, though, was the red wine selection. The cellar is exceptional—thoughtfully curated, serious, and clearly chosen with passion and expertise. Some of the best red wines I’ve ever had: perfectly matured, beautifully structured, and served with confidence and insight. If you care about great food and world-class red wine, this place is not optional. It’s a destination.
Very disappointing service. We waited a long time for a dish to be served. The explanation of the dish felt like we were being done a huge favor. The appetizers weren't good. The fish was tasty, but the vegetables were burned. The place was very crowded, and the tables were very close to each other. It was our 2-year anniversary, but we didn't even want to stay for dessert. A big disappointment on such a special day.
Truly excellent French bistro in the west, the staff is very well trained, knowledgeable and firm. I have been now twice once to buy take away wine (excellent place for Sundays for that) and for dinner at the bar with a friend, the quality of food and level of preparation is amazing and top notch! The tastes and flavors will blow your mind! The staff again is well versed and helpful glad to know this spot in the hood! Bravo 8 stars
