I visited here with a friend and enjoyed a pleasant meal. Great menu and lively food. Joseph was an excellent server. If I were to be critical, it would be nice to see a Gluten Free menu - However I was still able to find a pleasant GF option on the menu.
A great place to eat. A good selection of schnitzel along with other menu items. Service was really good and friendly. Food arrived quite quickly and the chicken schnitzel was absolutely delicious along with the potato salad. The food was very well priced and good value for money for what you got.
Absolutely love this restaurant and it’s highly recommended by me! From the moment I arrived on a weekend evening, as a solo diner with no reservation, the staff were fantastic, making me feel super welcome and even giving me one of the window tables. The brilliant service continued throughout the meal and the atmosphere was really pleasant and cosy. The menu has a good range of dishes and it’s not purely schnitzel! The tapas starter of three dishes arrived quickly and was a great appetiser. The original classic schnitzel for the main was very impressive though - it was absolutely huge but super tasty, and the side was equally as good! There was certainly no need for desert afterwards. There’s a good range of drinks on offer, and the bottles of wine are actually very reasonably priced. It was impressive how professionally the bottle was opened and the staff member was great at keeping glasses proactively topped up. Next time I’m in the area I’ll definitely be returning here and it was perhaps the best meal I had in the city.
I was very pleased with how good the food was. It came quite fast as well which is a bonus. We sat inside as I wanted to see the nice scenery as it looks amazingly decorated! The Apfelstrudel was nice and done to perfection! It did feel a bit small for the price tag of €14.50, however it is very rich and you can tell that the ingredients used are premium. The waiter was really nice, and I got to speak some German!
We went here with a group of 10 persons. We made a reservation beforehand and our table was ready on arrival. The waiters were very friendly and the food was really nice. I had the chicken schnitzel with brown sauce. The schnitzel was excellent, the sauce was OK, but not really special. The desert was an excellent apfelstrudel. It also did not take too long for the food to come. So to conclude I would definitely recommend this place.
