Just had dinner at Bob & Thoms. We have been to many Michelin 1 stars and recommendations, especially in Berlin, this one is definitely better than those we’ve been to✅. The food is no doubt very good. The Rind+Pastinake+Shiitake is my absolute fav👍. C’est bon🤩! Especially if you have an “Asian stomach”, I’m pretty sure you will like this dish😉. And the speed of food serving is also very comfortable with enough gap in between the dishes but not too long to feel disconnected👏. The service is top💯, really seldom to have this kind of service in Berlin. Unfortunately, we had a little personal emergency situation🤦🏻♀️, had to rush home, so sadly couldn’t finish the last dessert😔. But we got the dessert in a to-go box so we didn’t have to miss it completely. That was very thoughtful🥹 We will 100% visit again and looking forward to the new menus🙌.
