We went on Friday night. The music was ok but they need to be more targeted on the door. There were those of us having a party and there were little groups of very young, lost looking tourist observing us like animals in a zoo. Wasn’t a nice feeling. It feels like this is a club where you go when you haven’t gotten in elsewhere.
Do yourself a favor and get a chicken and cheese crepe from the food stall in the back! It’s the most delicious drunk food I’ve had. They put cheese on the outside to make it crispy!! The sauce is amazing! The guys are super fun and friendly, definitely give them a tip cuz they’re working hard! The club itself is cool, artsy vibe with things to discover everywhere you look. The music was just fine in my opinion. Very repetitive house music to get hypnotized by. But a refreshing change to just warehouse clubs!
Great venue, atmosphere, staff and guests. We were there on Friday and Saturday for ‘Forever 25’ – on Friday as part of a group (sensible and very considerate adults), and on Saturday just the two of us as a couple. The only downside (and therefore four stars): The young doorman, who clearly wants to make a name for himself and isn’t particularly friendly to the guests, who, on the other hand, are friendly and keen to get in. He was at the entrance on both evenings. Friday, 11.15 pm, three other guests ahead of us at the entrance, no one else. “How many of you are there?” – “Seven of us.” “Do you have tickets?” – “Yes.” “Right, you’ll have to wait for now, and there are six of you!” (No, there aren’t… – but we didn’t want to argue). One of our group later told me exactly how unprofessional he found this attitude. Saturday: a bit later than Friday a few more people at the entrance. My partner walks slowly towards him, takes a mobile phone sticker and covers the camera. Apparently, she’d accidentally taken just one sticker instead of two. “You have to cover the front and back.” She walks back slowly to do that. “No, you go right back – this is my area!” Conclusion: once you’ve got past that guy, it gets really lovely!
