You tells them what you wants, and they gives it to ya. Better still, you describe the direction of flavor you like (citrusy, fruity, tropical, sweet, sour, etc.) and the alcohol that you like or dislike, and they can come up with something for you. They have a pretty good knack for matching your tastes, but the standards are also available of course.
We went too Booze Bar on a Thursday evening, and it was wonderfully chill - definitely the right night if you’re into a relaxed, unhurried vibe. We tried three cocktails each, and every single one was a hit. Great spectrum of flavors, super clean execution, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients straight away. At around €13 a drink, the pricing feels absolutely fair for what you get. The team was warm, fun, and really into talking through ideas for drinks, which made the whole experience great. We’ll definitely be back. If there’s one thing to improve, it would be the music. It felt a bit flat and lacking in character and could use a more signature touch. A tighter selection or even a slightly higher volume could really lift the atmosphere.
If you fancy well rounded, quality cocktails, just go and check it out. Tell them your flavours and maybe liquor of choice and you won’t be disappointed. For sure a spot I will be visiting again on my frequent Berlin trips. Atmosphere and staff are the cherry on top.
