What a delicioussss pizza this place has ! I just love it. But it only tastes so good because the service is so good! I was delt with one of their staff members, Nabya, who was so diligent in taking my orders. Working in this heat, she had such a pleasant conversation with me throughout, i hardly realized and my order was ready! Do visit!! Thanks Nabya 😊
We've been here several times now. The staff a very friendly and helpful. The pizza we've had has been freshly made and cooked. No cash taken only card payments, you order at the machine when you go in and pick up when your number is called.
The pizza is fine, I would rate it 4/5. However, for the same €11-13, you can find a lot of freshly baked pizzas nearby, rather than preheated one. The service is so-so. No one called me when the order was ready. I waited 20 minutes and only received it after I went to ask if it was ready (and it wasn't even a busy time).
If you love pizza that actually makes you stop mid bite and smile, go to Milano Vice on Turmstraße. This is not just pizza, this is comfort, joy, and pure indulgence baked into a perfectly blistered crust. The first thing you notice is the smell. Warm dough, rich tomato sauce, real cheese. Then you take a bite and everything clicks. The crust is airy with just the right chew, the sauce tastes like it was simmered with patience, and every topping feels intentional, not overloaded, not careless. You can taste quality and you can feel the passion behind it. This is the kind of pizza that makes a bad day disappear. You lean back, close your eyes for a second, and just enjoy. It is satisfying without being heavy, bold without being loud. Whether you eat in or take it home, it feels like a small reward you truly earned. If you are anywhere near Moabit and want pizza that delivers real flavour and real emotion, do yourself a favour and come here. You will leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit.
I had a hot honey pizza slice, which I was excited to try, as I‘ve never tried anything with hot honey before. Also, I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt to Milano Vice, because I tried their pizza a couple of years ago and it was very mid and just underwhelming. After that I didn‘t really desired their pizza until this new spot opened next to my place. The dough was excellent and arguably the best part - crispy, beautifully charred and holding its shape perfectly. The cheese tasted pretty good and it achieved a very satisfying cheese pull. The hot honey, though? Absolutely nothing hot in it, not even slightly spicy. The sweet taste was very dominant (derogatory) and the salami acted as nothing more than garnish, as it was also lacking flavor + it got drowned in the „hot“ honey (read sweet topping that also tasted nothing like honey). Overall, it wasn‘t very balanced and desperately needed some savoriness to even out the sweet. Also, the culture in Berlin/German is not really to eat slices, meaning they make them from scratch and you have to wait, in my opinion, too long for a slice of pizza. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars and not 2, is because the customer service was on point with everything. My man Jardini took great care of me. Very efficient, professional, and helpful. Give this man a raise, immediately! All in all, pretty inoffensive as expected and average to below average pizza. They are priced reasonably and have often some good deals, but not sure if that‘d be enough for me to return. I understand that the chain is carried by their branding, which is very effective, visually pleasing and cool. However, maybe it’d be a better idea to invest some more funds into making your pizza taste better, cause obviously they can afford it.
