Taverne Platia
Berlin
Recenzje
The food was delicious, but the prices are way above the average for Greek restaurants in Berlin. We ordered tap water, but bottled water was brought to the table. We asked again to confirm whether it was tap water, and we were told that it was. At the end of the evening, however, we discovered we had been charged €7.90 per bottle, almost €50 in total just for water. Apparently, it wasn’t tap water after all, which was very disappointing.
Had such a great time at this Greek taverna. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The music created such a lively atmosphere,it really felt like a true Greek night, full of fun and energy. The waitresses were incredibly kind and welcoming.Definitely a place to relax, enjoy, and have a great evening.
We went there for dinner with a group of six people and enjoyed the food. The menu offered a variety of options. The Greek dishes felt a bit more more modern than traditional compared to what I’m used to, but they were still delicious. The service was mixed some staff members were very friendly and welcoming, while others came across as a bit rough and unfriendly. Unfortunately, that can affect the overall atmosphere and make it feel less pleasant for guests. I think it really depends on who your waiter is. Overall, it was an OK experience, but more friendly and welcoming service would make it even better.
Taverne Platia is a truly fantastic restaurant that delivers a wonderful dining experience from start to finish. The food is excellent, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with care and quality ingredients. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making you feel comfortable and well looked after throughout your visit. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy a meal. It’s an ideal place to share delicious food and great moments with family or friends, and a restaurant I would happily return to and recommend.
