My first visit and very impressed,,, we came for lunch and we were so overwhelmed with the amazing hospitality that we decided to go for dinner. We got a starter of Avocado Bruschetta,, very delicious and as entrees we got a classic veal Vienner schnitzel and grilled Sirloin beef,,, so good,,, add to this the nice welcoming ambience and the waiter kindness. I definitely recommend this place,,, and we will be back soon.
We had really nice time here yesterday. Schnitzel was amazing, great appeltinis and simply wonderful kind and thoughtful service. Big cheers for the nice people working here! They even took care of our dog and brought him water. I’m really looking forward to come back soon! Thank you 😊
A pretty place for dinner with ample room between tables to allow for conversation, the menu was full of seasonal and traditional local selections. Excited, I ordered the cream of chestnut soup and the goosebreast with red cabbage. The presentation was immaculate. However, the flavor was lacking. The croutons and beet garnish seemed inappropriate. And worse, it didn't taste like chestnut soup, the subtle chestnut was overwhelmed with other herbs and overall it was too salty. The goosebreast was succulent, the sauce abundant but overly salty, the skin was sadly not crispy, all of which led to the minus one star review. As to the red cabbage... it stayed with me a long long time. When fresh, that doesn't happen. My dining partner ordered the roast beef, a massive plate with all types of greens and reds covering the slice of beef. It wasn't meant to be a salad, but it sure looked like one. In short, lovely, but there's more to aim for in the food dept.
