⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience at Upper Burger Grill in Berlin! The food was top quality and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. The beef burger was absolutely delicious ,juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I highly recommend trying the truffle fries with parmesan shavings; they were incredible and the perfect side to the burger. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and outstanding food. Definitely one of the best burger spots in Berlin. Highly recommended!
We ended up visiting Upper Burger Grill by coincidence after work and some shopping on Kurfürstendamm, and it turned out to be a surprise. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely full and there wasn’t a single table available. Considering how busy it was, we were prepared to look elsewhere, but the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. One of the waiters kindly asked us to wait outside for about five minutes because a table was about to become available. Even though the table was reserved for another group later, they offered it to us for around 40 minutes, which was more than enough time for a quick dinner. This small gesture really stood out and showed how customer-oriented and accommodating the team is, especially during a busy service. The service throughout our visit remained friendly, attentive, and efficient despite the restaurant being packed. It’s always a good sign when staff can stay professional and welcoming under pressure. For food, we all ordered burgers accompanied by sweet potato fries. Our meals arrived surprisingly quickly considering how crowded the restaurant was. The burgers were very tasty, with fresh ingredients, juicy meat, and good overall quality. The buns, toppings, and meat worked well together, creating a satisfying and flavorful burger. The sweet potato fries were also enjoyable and complemented the burgers nicely. The only downside for me was the pricing structure. While the food quality was good, I was surprised that many extras came at an additional charge. Even basic items such as ketchup and other sauces were not included and had to be ordered separately. These small extra costs add up quickly and make the overall experience feel more expensive than expected. Overall, Upper Burger Grill offers quality burgers, fresh ingredients, fast service, and a very friendly team.
Upper Burger Grill was a great find in Berlin. The burger was awesome, the fries were perfectly cooked, and the cold beer hit the spot. Nice little place in town with a relaxed atmosphere and good food all around. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re craving a solid burger.
The burger and fries were incredible! Lots of other options on the menu if you are looking for something besides beef. Great flavor! Service and vibe 5 Stars! Happy I found them!!
If you’re in Berlin, you need to try this place. The food tastes amazing—the burgers are outstanding. The staff are professional, friendly, and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy, calm, and clean. We ordered burgers without realizing they came with a dark patty. When we asked to change it, they did so without discussion or extra charge. Come here—you won’t regret it.
