Really cozy cocktail bar in the heart of Friedrichshain. Interesting drink concepts, all served with a lot of attention to detail. Quite expensive (15-17 euro for a drink) though. There was one bartender for quite a busy Saturday night but she did an amazing job and nobody had to wait very long. Appreciated! Cards accepted. No smoking allowed (yay!!).
One of the most creative cocktail bars I have visited! Every drink comes with its own story and is served in a unique and beautifully designed vessel. The Happy Hippo and Rescue Rangers were both excellent, with very unusual but well-balanced flavours. Great atmosphere and a truly memorable experience - highly recommended!
Cocktails have always been pricey, but here it truly feels justified. The drinks are unique, carefully crafted, and served with great presentation. The whole experience feels premium, and the cocktails are delicious! My only downside is the lack of space. The bar is so narrow that it’s hard to move around or even get inside without bumping into other guests or tables.
This place is 111% committed to the art of cocktails and the themes surrounding each drink. The menu is beautiful with quirky commentary for each drink. Drinks are served in far-out glasses and setups that are works of art in and of themselves. Super elegant creations that are very worth the prices. Each drink comes with a cute paired snack as well, and you are also offered complementary olives and nuts. The interior is classy and curious as well, with the bathroom hidden :). We had the Ming Ming and the Black Pearl and loved both of them! We always enjoy stopping when in Berlin. Recommend reserving a table as the place is popular.
Superb. The prices initially seem quite high, but you quickly realise this is not just grabbing a quick drink, but coming out for a truly memorable experience. The menu alone is a true work of art. The cocktails are superbly themed and presented, and each come with a small complementary nibble. Water is provided on the tables (a refreshing change from the norm in Germany), and some additional olives and nuts. And finally the drinks themselves are delicious. Absolutely recommend a visit here with friends for a really memorable evening.
