Kapitalist may appear very cozy and welcoming and that's why I gave this space several tries. It's location is very convenient for me and my friends, so it became a convenient option to meet up. But every time I came in, regardless of what I ordered, who accompanied me, what we did (from quietly chatting or co-working in half-empty bar to playing board games in a bigger group), the service remained disappointig... Very rude and arrogant bar tenders who make the space feel unwelcoming and definitely not relaxing. I definitely don't want to give this place any more chances. Very sad to lose such a spot because of how unpleasant the staff are.
Very cool and trendy bar with a great local vibe. The place was packed with locals and had that classic relaxed Berlin atmosphere with cozy outdoor seating and a slightly gritty interior that really adds to the charm. We grabbed a Berliner and a glass of red wine. The wine glass was filled almost to the top, which felt like amazing value compared to most bars in Berlin. Prices were fair, the atmosphere was super relaxed, and it’s the kind of place where you easily end up staying longer than planned.
Bar Kapitalist – Come for the beer, stay for everything else No frills, no nonsense — just a proper bar doing what a proper bar should do. Kapitalist is raw, unpretentious and exactly the kind of place Berlin does better than anywhere else. Great neighbourhood, great crowd, and a beer and wine list that gives you absolutely no reason to leave. We didn’t. And we have zero regrets.
came here with some friends for a drink, super lovely vibe and friendly staff. comfy seating, i thought the margarita glasses were very cool!
