Proper Mediterranean exquisite food. High quality menu, excellent wine list. A place to enjoy and have the best of Berlin.
A splendid little seafood joint, the kind where you lean over a glass counter and point at an unblinking fish that’s about to star in your dinner. They grill it up for you and bring two sauces—one a lively miso affair with a kick I rather liked, and the other a bright green salsa that my friend claimed was superior. To each his—or, as etiquette now requires, their—own.
I have heard a lot of good things and therefore expected something a bit more special. For me it was just good fish in the end. For that the prices are much too high in my opinion. The fish filets were between 15 and 20 Euro per 100g without side, dessert 16 Euro, two tiny fish tacos 12 Euro. The atmosphere is fine, very classic, again I was expecting something a bit out of the ordinary. If you want to have some good, fresh fish and don't care about money, why not. For me, it'll remain a one time thing.
