As a tourist, it is a very authentic Berlin experience. Waiter will use an iPad to show all the food photos to facilitate you to make a choice as if you’re not familiar with German. We ordered a Berlin Eisbein and another pork knuckle for different style. Food size are large and beer taste good! Strong recommended!
The food is as expected in a traditional restaurant, very tasty! The owner was so friendly and explained in detail about all the dishes in the menu! I would totally recommended a visit
Great dinner - service was friendly, quick and the waiter was super funny. Portions are German sized (large - could feed two people) but so tasty. Can pay cash or card. Parking on side street and public transport nearby also. Recommend
I loved it. Very German style. Prices good. Meals fantastic. Attention outstanding. Atmosphere comfortable, nice, German old style. All staff speak English. We went 3 without reservation, there were nearly no free tables at 8 pm, so, of course, better to reserve a table if possible.
We ordered the daily menu,one was stewed pork and another dish was chicken and mushroom pasta. The texture of the berlin pasta is very chewy.I was surprised by the sauce,it tasted like a bit carbonara but more flavor. The pork was very tender. The staff explained and showed the pictures on their ipad of the daily menu. Overall,nice service and good food.But be mindful they only accept cash.
