When it comes to handpulled noodles, Chen’s is where it’s at! Their Dan Dan noodles are phenomenal–but you cannot go wrong no matter what you order. I also love the selection of starters—authentic flavours, crispy, fresh, delicious, I’m addicted to the fermented veggies and smashed cucumbers. I’d say that the spiciness level is a bit on a lower side (two on the scale of three chilly peppers were barely spicy), but it’s a common trait of Asian places in Berlin. The people working here at Kotti are lovely, always smiling, always friendly, although the place gets very crowded, they never seem stressed or inefficient. Absolute recommend!
Good beef noodle and Chinese restaurant next to Kottbusser Tor. After weeks in Europe, I was craving noodles and spices, so this really hit the spot. The food is solid overall - nothing exceptional, and the broth could use more depth, but still very satisfying in a nice setting. Worth coming back to explore more of the menu.
Absolutely delicious! 😋超級推！ Staffs are friendly! And the food was so good that we came back two days in a row. Every dish we tried was tasty, especially the shredded potatoes! they were super crunchy and refreshing. The noodles were flavorful and had a great texture. One of the best meals we’ve had here in Berlin. Will definitely come back again!
Amazing food and incredibly friendly service! The pulled noodles were fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The staff were welcoming and made us feel comfortable from the moment we entered. As a nice surprise, they even let us try their seaweed side dish, which was a thoughtful touch and tasted great. The combination of excellent food, generous hospitality, and warm service made this a wonderful experience. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back! 😊
incredible place in Kreuzberg. the food tastes absolutely amazing. we tried the braised beef noodle soup and number 11. some reduction of the spiciness is possible. staff are nice and restaurant is clean. nice place to sit outside. the chairs are uncomfortable though
