If you are looking for a fun and unique way to check out the city of Berlin then look no further.  Lino City Tours' run tours all over Berlin in their fantastic limited edition Ape Calessino three wheeler.  We headed out on a beautiful autumn day and it really is a great way to check out this fantastic city.

These great little vehicle can seat up to three passengers with seatbelts and, although with a top speed of 56 km/h you wont be breaking any land-speed records, it is fast enough that you will be able to check out all the major sights in Berlin in around an hour and a half with plenty of time along with way for photos and stops.  If you have a larger group, don't despair, Lino City Tours has 5 of these fantastic vehicles so you can travel together in convoy.  The tours are also very child friendly, with kids under 12 traveling for half price.

Our favourite thing about Lino City Tours is that they are truly customisable.  If you have already done a walking tour of Berlin and have seen all the popular sights your friendly driver, who also doubles as your personal tour guide, can suggest some other areas of Berlin that you haven't seen.  Along the way they'll provide you with a heap of interesting and at times amusing information about the city - which means you can put down the guide book and enjoy the ride!

The Ape Calessino is incredibly nimble, allowing it to go places where no hop-on hop-off bus could ever dream of.  It also means that whenever you'd like to stop and take some pictures it is very easy to do so - your guide can even double as your photographer to save you having to take a selfie.

Lino City Tours' prices are very reasonable, especially when you take into account the fact that you are getting a personalised, private experience and not a one-size-fits all tour.  The tours operate all year round and they even have some blankets in the back if it gets a little chilly, and a roof if there is some unexpected rain.  Be warned though: there is no heating so if you are heading out in Winter you'd better wear some very warm clothes.

Booking is incredibly easy, just head to their website and fill in the booking enquiry or give them a call.
