The evening begins with an elegant champagne reception and a greeting from the kitchen – the perfect introduction to an extraordinary culinary experience. Under the guidance of experienced chefs, you and the other participants will immerse yourselves in the world of fine flavors. Then it's time for practice: You prepare all four courses yourself – from the wafer-thinly sliced beetroot carpaccio to a creamy Jerusalem artichoke soup to the evening's main attraction: homemade truffle pasta with baby spinach. You will learn how to make fresh pasta dough, harmoniously present truffles, and refine dishes in terms of both taste and appearance.
