Now it's about the sausage! And the beer! We add our mustard and celebrate the diversity of two ancient but entirely contemporary cultural techniques.

Come celebrate the brewers and butchers, who once again believe in their craft and the quality of their ingredients.

Everywhere in Europe, a new generation of traditional recipes remembers and invents new ones. Look for regional hops, experiment with spontaneous fermentation, and focus on animal welfare - and therefore good taste.
In tastings, at the tap, on the mincer and on the stage, they show that Craft Beer is more than just liver and liver sausage. We taste our way through and finally choose the Golden Liverwurst!
