Arminius Markthalle
Swinging into the Arminius Markthalle is top notch when our restaurateurs fire their ovens, grills and stoves and unpack the magic wand around the topic of cheese.
As part of the program of the legendary gourmet festival eat! We expect Berlin again interesting cheese refiners and cheese producers. There are no limits to cheese enjoyment! First and foremost, of course, cheese flagship store 'Käseinsel' by Jan Pusch.
The focus is on the diversity of the cheese industry, the art of affine, the knowledge of what can be done with fresh raw milk, if you give the maturing process enough time and use an individual recipe. The starting point is the same for every cheese, even from the same milk are different cheeses. This is the craft of cheese producers and affineurs.
Italy is invited as a host country. We want to have something of the Mediterranean lifestyle, even in winter. Our market hall Italian Giuseppe Madia from the restaurant Alimentari e Vini will play a leading role, as will Berlin Makes Pizza and Caseificio Tosi. Look forward to unusual pizza & cheese creations by Gianluca Simonato -Master Pizza Instructor of Accademia Pizzaioli Italy. The Berliners know him from the timber market and the Prince Charles. A Mozzarrella Buffallo and Apero Spritz stand complete the Italian feeling.
